Indian Style Chicken Kebab Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of boneless chicken breast or meat
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 hot peppers
  • 2 tablespoons of ghee oil or butter
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala spice
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 tomato
  • Tomato sauce

In order for you to make Indian chicken kebab, your chicken must first be rested and blended with sauce for a certain time. To do this, the first thing you need to do is prepare the chicken sauce. You can prepare the sauce of Indian chicken kebab by chopping the race of yogurt spices, garlic and onion.

After making sure that all the ingredients are well mixed, add the chicken and cover with a stretch film and leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Take your chickens out of the cupboard with the sauce and put them into garbage skewers. Then cook the chicken for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. While the chickens are cooking, chop the tomatoes, add the tomato sauce and other spices to a pot and cook. Cut the chicken that you take out of the oven in half and add it to the cooking sauce and continue cooking for a certain period of time.

Fry hot peppers and other spices in a little oil. Then add this oil, spice and pepper mixture to the pot and continue cooking on a slightly lower heat. Finally, add ghee or butter and remove the food from the stove.
